Fairy Stained Glass Panel
This is a commissioned piece for a client's
grand-daughter.  I am very pleased with the
fairy wings, they are a great focal point.
The picture on the left shows
what this panel looked like
before it was soldered.  First I
start of with a pattern, the next
step is to cut and grind all the
glass pieces so they fit.  Then I
wrap each piece with copper
foil...that's what is around all
the glass in this picture.  I nail
around the glass with horseshoe
nails that hold the panel together
while I am soldering.  The
finished product has came added
for the frame and a black patina
applied to the soldering lines.
If you are interested in having this
piece made, please e-mail me and let me
know...Thanks!!
