Fabric Flowers
MAY 2018...I was a bit inspired by the previous piece with the wallpaper, so thought I would try something new and went with fabric. I fell in love with this fabric and thought it would make a pretty mosaic...little did I know it would turn out to be one of the most time consuming pieces I have ever made. This piece contains so many tiny pieces and has so much detail, but in the end I think it was all worth it. I don't even want to know how many hours I put in on this. This now resides in my studio window...measures 28" x 20".
